BAR/BAT MITZVAHS

Cantor David taught our daughter, Ellie, for her Bat Mitzvah. He was a kind, encouraging, patient, and supportive teacher who prepared her to confidently read from the Torah in a relatively short amount of time. Cantor David helped Ellie to read the words properly, sing them beautifully, understand the meaning behind them, and to develop her D'var Torah. During their lessons, which took place both on Zoom and in person, Cantor David took the time to really get to know Ellie, building a beautiful bond with our daughter.

Ellie’s Bat Mitzvah service, which Cantor David led for us, was meaningful, warm and engaging. We had many friends and family members tell us the service was one of the most beautiful and warm they had attended, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Cantor's incredible voice as it rang through the venue.

We highly recommend Cantor David and look forward to working with him again when our younger daughter is ready to prepare for her bat mitzvah.
